Plaid Bank Robber Arrested

37-year-old Joseph Paul Young was arrested on a routine traffic stop in Lawrence County, Missouri yesterday morning. 

The FBI believes Young is responsible for at least 20 bank robberies in nearly half a dozen states, including South Dakota.  Federal investigators traced Young to his home near Springfield, Missouri but Young eluded capture.
