Trading Cab Rides For Sex

45-year-old Marc Trujillo of Sioux Falls.

By Drew Sandholm

Police say 45-year-old Marc Trujillo of Sioux Falls is a cab driver who's been offering free taxi rides in exchange for oral sex.

Trujillo faces four misdemeanor counts of attempting hiring for sexual activity. He owns and operates ABCDeliverMe taxi, which serves the Sioux Falls area. From his Sioux Falls home, Trujillo spoke with KSFY and said he's done nothing wrong and denies the allegations against him.

Four different women have accused Trujillo of offering them free cab rides if they'd perform oral sex on him. They say the incidents happened between March and May of this year, but Trujillo told KSFY that's simply not true. He said, "It's B.S. I didn't say that. This is ridiculous."

The Sioux Falls dad continued. He said these charges came from other cab companies, who are trying to edge him out of the market. Trujillo told KSFY, "Bottom line is I didn't do what they said."

Trujillo declined further comment, but his attorney said they will viciously fight the charges in court.

Anyone with any questions about this man should contact the SFPD. Their files on this bozo is as thick as an encyclopedia. Where do you think he got his tats from? Prison. And that's where he's going to end up if JF has anything to say about it.

I believe these women because the guy is a disgusting and i know he would do that because he told my friend that he would give her a free ride for one of "her rides". it doesn't matter if these women are from prison or not, they have every right in the world to go to and from work without someone trying to take advantage of them. i hope he is found guilty because if he's not, marc wont be the only one i'm disgusted with.

I have lived in SF my whole life and have never taken a cab, so im giving a completely unbiased opinion. The police do not issue warrents and arrest people with out evidence i would like to hear the womens side of the story, it appears that the police have heard both sides and decided there was enough evidence to go forward, if there was no evidence we wouldnt be talking about it right now.

I'm not saying the guy isn't weird. Believe me, I know him, and he is. But he would not endanger his biz over oral sex from female prisoners. These women lie cheat and steal professionally remember.

I cant say weather or not hes guilty of these charges, my friends and i did use him as a cab one night though, during the ride he did act weird, but the most bizzare part was afterwards he would call, text, and leave voicemails to us throughout the next few days, creepy

YellowCab has been trying to drive ABC out of biz for the past six months. They found four inmates (friends of yellowcab managment) to lie about Mark and bring bogus charges, that can't be proven either true or false, to slander his good name. Stay away from Yellow!

Not all taxi drivers are licensed through the police station and if so why don't they show there license when fares get in. When I take a yellow cab some of the drivers brag about getting out of prison. Every city you go to a cab driver has his taxi license sitting out to where everyone can see it..why not here?

These alligations are absurd! Where are these people getting there information? Isn't this considered public slander? These remarks are totally unsubstantiated. Yellow Cab drivers are licensed through the Sioux Falls Police Dept. who absolutely check them out. There are NO child molesters on our staff! I consider these remarks to be "bogus" to take the attention off of Mr. Trujillo.

How can yellow cab have a city contract for driving kids to school if they have child molesters working for them? Don't they get checked? I mean come on a half a million dollar contract and the city cant find anyone better to do this job? What is this world coming to. This abc and yellow cab need to be shut down if they have people like this driving for them....

May I say more??? These women, scorned by life, have no alternate to gain attention other than to make up ridiculous lies about people. I'm not saying Marc didn't do this. The guy is a little off no doubt. But lets not judge the guy guilty based merely on accusations but four convicted felons who have an axe to grind and who are looking for a payday.

YellowCab is run by the Sioux Falls mafia. They lie, cheat, and steal to keep biz going as usual. When a competitor like ABC comes in, and takes money from the mafia, they resort to lies and discrimination to tilt the market back in their favor. Remember, next time you need a cab, stay as far away from Yellow as possible!

Sounds like these bimbos just wanted to stir up some trouble like that one in Brookings.

Thursday, Sep 4 at 10:43 AM Tallie wrote ...

In response to Marty. Yellow Cab has nothing to do with this. We're too busy running a legitimate business and we have more important things to focus on. Besides, I think Mr. Trujillo has made his own bed so don't drag Yellow Cab into it with your slander.

Where does it say the Brookings accusations were made up??? Adrian before flapping your mouth make sure you have your facts straight....you weren't there so how would you know if it was made up??

Wednesday, Sep 3 at 10:15 PM Vit wrote ...

These 'women' were in prison for prostitution to begin with! They are lying.

Wednesday, Sep 3 at 8:26 PM Adrian wrote ...

I'm sure these women are just making this up. Like the two guys from Brookings who raped that poor woman out on the dirt road? Wake up people! These 'woe is me' types crave attention. What better way then to make up the worst lies about people; ruining both their lives and reputations without a shred of evidence, just accusation.

These are bogus charges brought against Marc by friends of Yellow Cab, who are trying to drive ABCDelivery out of buisness. It makes me sick.

A friend of mine called this cab driver before going out one night just to check him out before calling him later in the night to get a ride from, the driver said he would gladly come pick her up when she needed a ride but would not be able to accept money due to the accusations against him. Based upon what he had told my friend, she decided not to call him for a ride that night but the driver continued to call her phone, leave voicemail messages and texts throughout the night. Seems suspicious

It shouldn't matter if the women involved in this case are inmates or not. They have the right to feel safe in a cab taking them to work. If Trujillo is found guilty, he should be dealt with the way all sexual predators are. It'll be very interesting to watch this case unfold.

Do the 4 women know each other or are they strangers to each other? Did they just all get together and come forward or was there four completely random reports of this? What ages were the women?
