Sioux Falls Man Killed in Crash

By KSFY News

A Sioux Falls man was killed in a single-vehicle accident on a gravel road in Brookings County.

According to the Highway Patrol, 54-year-old Roger W. Kyro was killed when he lost control of the GMC Sierra he was driving.  The Sierra left the road and rolled.  Kyro was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene.  Troopers say he was not wearing his seatbelt, and alcohol was a factor in the crash.

The accident happened at about 2:30pm on Thursday at the intersection of 461st Avenue and 216 Street, northeast of Sinai.
