SIOUX FALLS POLICE STANDOFF

By KSFY Staff

It was a tense afternoon for people in central Sioux Falls.
The swat team closed in on the Nites Inn Motel with guns drawn, after a woman fled her room saying her boyfriend had pointed a pistol at her and threatened to kill her.
Police say as the swat team was setting up, the suspect walked out of his room to find them with guns pointed.
Police arrested 48-year-old Reginald Solomon Bear Heel for aggravated assault.
