A man from Omaha, Nebraska will have to repay more than $10,000 stole from two people who just happened to share his name.

Thirty-year-old Michael Terrell Johnson pleaded guilty in federal court in Sioux Falls to access device fraud.

Prosecutors say he stole the birthdays and social security numbers of two other Michael Johnson's to fill out credit card applications online.

Michael Terrell Johnson then racked up charges on the cards.
