KSFY GM Elected to SDBA Board of Directors

Kelly Manning, General Manager of KSFY-TV in Sioux Falls, SD was elected to serve on the South Dakota Broadcasters Association (SDBA) Board of Directors at the association’s 60th annual state conference held September 28th & 29th at the K Bar S Lodge in Keystone, SD.   Manning will serve on the board for three years with his term expiring in 2011.

 

Manning has worked at KSFY TV for 16 years in the roles of Account Executive, General Sales Manager and the last 5 years as the General Manager.  He’s passionate about staying focused on providing content the viewers want to see.  Kelly is the Vice Chair of the Sioux Empire Red Cross Board and has served as a Board Member for the Sales and Marketing Executives in

Sioux Falls .  He’s also involved in the  multiple Chambers, Absolutely Aberdeen, Sioux Empire Home Builders Association,  and South Dakota Advertising Federation.  Under his direction KSFY Television has helped numerous Charities and raised over a half a million dollars in 2008 with Big Give Dakota.  Kelly and his wife Tanya have one daughter Raena.

 

The South Dakota Broadcasters Association is a trade association that represents South Dakota’s radio and television stations.  It provides education, regulatory assistance, and legislative representation to its members.
