In a bathroom, a lot of thought goes into the tile, sinks and counter tops, but even more thought goes into what's underneath the counter tops.

That's why the KSFY Charity Home has chosen top of the line faucets and sinks to create a new feel with each room.

Geoff Ellerbroek, co-owner of Summit Plumbing says the six full bathrooms bring endless possibilities, but add a little extra work.

Geoff Ellerbroek says, "Just the labor itself and all the material is much more extensive than just your standard ranch, two bedroom house."

And the reason for that labor intensive work is because he says everything is built differently. One sink for example has water coming from over the top of the faucet instead of the bottom in order to create a waterfall look. Adding those unique extras has been the goal all along.

Troy Stallings with the Creative Building Corporation says, "We wanted to try and theme some of these different areas and show different products that might be interesting to other people that are building and doing other things."

But more than looking fancy, they're water efficient too. The newest and best technology has been used from the toilets to the shower heads to the faucets. Even in the kid's bathroom, the efficient shower heads and the jet bubble baths go to show at the KSFY Charity Home, nothing goes overlooked.
