In a brief statement released today by the staff of Senator Tim Johnson, the Senator set a date for his first appearance in South Dakota since suffering a brain hemorrhage in December.

The release reads:

Johnson to Hold Public Event on Tuesday, August 28th in

Sioux Falls 

 

Washington, DCU.S. Senator Tim Johnson (D-SD) and his wife Barbara will be at a public event in Sioux Falls in the evening on Tuesday, August 28th.  It will be a welcome home celebration in which Senator Johnson will personally thank the people of

South Dakota for their support.   

Details will be forthcoming.
