Meth Bust in Garretson

According to the Minnehaha Count Sheriff's Office, this morning at about 8:30am, members of the Minnehaha County SWAT team, Sioux Falls Area Drug Task Force and East River Clandestine Lab team conducted a narcotic search warrant at a house in rural Garretson. 

They discovered an active clandestine meth lab and seized two assault rifles, a pistol, approximately 1000 rounds of ammunition and meth.

Police arrested Rodney Darin Kick, age 45 and Sally Kick, age 41.  They were lodged in the Minnehaha County Jail on charges of manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, maintain a residence where drugs were used or sold, and mishandling anhydrous ammonia.
