Kidney Transplants are one of the most common transplant operations in this country.

You don't have to be dead or even a relative to donate one of yours. You just need to have a giving heart.

Nephrologist Dr. Robert Santella with the Avera Transplant Institute and Avera North Central Kidney Institute tell us about the benefit of living kidney donations.
