Avera McKennan family life educator Betty Barto-Smith talked with KSFY Action News about the “super sitter class”, a one-day babysitting class for boys and girls ages 10 to 13, Betty goes over some of the things she teaches in this course.

As a mom of a daughter who has taken this Super Sitter class I can say that is was a great experience for her. After taking the class she felt better prepared to be a babysitter & has had several jobs since then. It's great the Avera provides this class more than once a year.
