Shooting Suspect to Appear in Court

By Associated Press

One of the suspects arrested in a weekend drive-by shooting near Barnard will make his first appearance in court Wednesday.

The 18 year-old, Michael Schlosser, from Frederick was caught, along with a 12 year-old boy after two shots from a .22 caliber gun struck an
occupied home. No one was injured.

The two suspects have been charged with reckless discharge of a
firearm and intentional damage.

They also face a burglary charge and possession of stolen
property in another incident.

Authorities believe the shooting north of Aberdeen was random.
