WAKE UP WITH KSFY: Chamberlain-Along The Shores Of The Missouri River

By Valerie Gutierrez

KSFY Live In The Morning anchors Chris Studer and Valerie Gutierrez talk with city leaders throughout South Dakota about their towns, what's happening there and what's new. They talked to Chamberlain Mayor Doug Nelson.

Located in the heart of central South Dakota, Chamberlain and its neighboring city Oacoma rest along the Midwestern bluffs of the Missouri River. It's a beautiful area, that's attracting not only visitors but development. The city has a population of about 1,500. It's in Brule County.
