Trial Set For Fatal Drunk Driving Crash

RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - A Pine Ridge man is scheduled to stand trial in July charges he caused a fatal accident that killed two people while driving drunk and speeding.

Phillip Robideau was indicted in November 2006 by a federal grand jury for vehicular involuntary manslaughter for the August 2006 accident near Pine Ridge.

According to the indictment, Robert Lee Good Crow and Jacqueline Renee Tail were killed.
