Trial Set For Fatal Drunk Driving Crash

RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - A Pine Ridge man is scheduled to stand trial in July charges he caused a fatal accident that killed two people while driving drunk and speeding.

Phillip Robideau was indicted in November 2006 by a federal grand jury for vehicular involuntary manslaughter for the August 2006 accident near Pine Ridge.

According to the indictment, Robert Lee Good Crow and Jacqueline Renee Tail were killed.

I'll be in Rapid City early September.Postpone the trial till the 3rd, I want to be on the jury, I have a nice 50ft,1/2 inch manila line. Got an Oak Tree??????.
