More than a week after the arrest of Ronald Dahme for sex crimes against children.

Mitchell police continue to search for any other possible victims among the many children who had contact with him as a youth baseball coach and sunday school teacher.

The prospect of more victims presents Mitchell parents with a very difficult task. Counselor Paul Ritter tells KSFY it's important for parents of children who had contact with Ronald Dahme to talk to their kids and contact authorities if they believe there was abuse. But he says parents may need to approach the subject differently depending on their child.

"It's a great chance for parents to say, 'Okay, I'm going to ask my child, maybe script a couple of things. What's best for Joe or for Jill?'" Ritter says. "'How would I ask them based on their age or personality?'"

The pastor at First United Methodist Church, where Dahme was a Sunday school teacher, told KSFY the church has a system in place to prevent abuse. The church staff will be meeting with parents soon to go over that system.
