Bow and Arrow Threat Leads to Arrest

By Associated Press

Rapid City police say they arrested a man after getting a report that he was using a bow to shoot arrows at cars.  David Black Crow was taken into custody Sunday.  Police say Black Crow had a bow but no arrows when he was arrested.  They're uncertain if he was actually shooting arrows or was just intimidating motorists.

It was the second bow-and-arrow incident police in Rapid City have investigated this spring.  A 23-year-old man was arrested in early April after authorities received a report that he'd fired an arrow at a car while standing in the middle of a street.
