Man Charged With Rape, Child Porn

A former Sioux Falls man is in Minnehaha County Jail after being arrested for allegedly raping a child and having kiddie porn.

Sioux Falls Police say 46-year-old Troy Thomas Fuller's former employer found the pornography, which had been printed off of a computer. According to court documents, Fuller was working for Hot Stuff Foods in Sioux Falls.

Police tell KSFY that Fuller is also accused of raping a 6-year-old girl in 1999.

He was arrested at a relative's house in Sturgis.
