More Than 50 Mailboxes Damaged Near Lake Kampeska

Watertown Police say four juveniles used a bat to damage more than 50 mailboxes around Lake Kampeska early Saturday morning. Police say the four kids were seen vandalizing a mailbox from a vehicle at about 3:30 a.m.. Officers located the suspects a short time later and found another 52 mailboxes damaged: totaling roughly $2,600.

Charges are pending against one of the juveniles for First Degree Intentional Damage to Property. All 4 juveniles were released into the custody of their parents or guardians.

not sure what type of punishment they will get due to their age but should get something including fixing all the mail boxes and paying for the materials to do so on their own.
