Ten Counts Arson Following Fire

The Iowa State Fire Marshal's Office ruled the fire arson and filed ten counts of first-degree arson against 30-year-old Paul Johnson of Orange City.

Orange City Fire and Police were called to an apartment fire at 703 Iowa Avenue this morning.

When they got there, firefighters put out a fire in apartment 18. There were ten people in the building at the time who were all able to escape without injury.
