Lawyers and the judge handling the case against two Hells Angels bikers are scheduled to take up several pretrial motions Tuesday at a hearing in Sioux Falls.

Chad Wilson of Washington state and John Midmore of Indiana each are charged with seven attempted murder, conspiracy and gun counts for an August 2006 shootout at Custer State Park that injured six rival Outlaw gang members.  The Outlaws gathered there for the Sturgis motorcycle rally 70 miles away.

The trial was moved from Custer to Sioux Falls and is scheduled to start November 3rd.  Prosecutors have filed several motions dealing with evidence, defense witnesses and the use of jail house recordings.
