Man Charged in Relation to Fatal Accident

By Associated Press

A 30-year-old Rapid City man has been charged with supplying alcohol to a teenager who died Sunday in a one-car rollover.

Brian LeBeau is accused of furnishing alcohol to a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Each charge is punishable by a maximum of one year in jail and a $1,000 fine.  Authorities allege that LeBeau provided alcohol to 17-year-old Chelsea Miller.  Miller's blood-alcohol concentration was higher than 0.08 percent, or the level at which drivers are considered legally drunk.
