Drunk Driver Hits Child

A Rosebud man has admitted to driving drunk and running over a young child.

Thirty-nine-year-old Ramon Good Buffalo pleaded guilty in federal court in Pierre to assault resulting in substantial bodily injury.

On June 28th he was driving drunk on the Rosebud reservation when he ran over a child younger than seven years old.

The victim's name, gender, age and injuries have not been released. Good Buffalo faces five years in prison and a fine.

I hope he has to serve the five years down to the very last day! This is the exact reason people need to use their heads and not drink and drive!! An innocent child could have been killed because this man is to stupid to call for a ride.
