Another fugitive targeted on Action News' Wheel of Justice is now behind bars.

47-year-old Julie Lynn Andrews turned herself into authorities on Sunday, November 30, 2008.

In May of 2008, Sioux Falls Police say 47-year-old Julie Lynn Andrews was living on the streets. According to Officer Sam Clemens, a Sioux Falls couple took Andrews into their home on May 3rd. Shortly thereafter, Andrews took off with a money order the couple had in their home.

Some time later, police were able to locate and arrest Andrews. But Minnehaha County Sheriff's Sgt. Jason Gearman says Andrews bonded out of jail. When it came time for her next court appearence, she didn't show up. The Minnehaha County Sheriff's Office issued her an warrant for failing to appear on a felony charge.

In Jackson County, Minnesota, Sheriff Roger Hawkinson had issued Andrews a Governor's warrant for lottery fraud. Hawkinson says Andrews had a job working at a convenience store in Jackson. While on the job, she allegedly stole thousands of dollars worth of scratch off tickets.

For weeks, Andrews was one of several fugitives targeted on the Wheel of Justice. But at this time, she's being held in Minnehaha County Jail.

Law enforcement agenices in two states are looking for 47-year-old Julie Lynn Andrews.

Sheriff's Offices in both South Dakota and Minnesota have issued  Andrews an arrest warrant. She's wanted by the Minnehaha County Sheriff's Office for forgery and failure to appear on a felony. In Jackson County, MN, Sheriff Roger Hawkinson says she's wanted for for lottery fraud.
