Express Employment Professionals has seen an increase in resumes and job applications for professional positions but those jobs are few and far between. Cathy Tramonte just moved to Aberdeen and says finding employment has been difficult.

After searching the paper and online resources Cathy decided to try Express Employment Professionals, an employment agency.

"I moved up here from Louisiana and I really felt that after two weeks I would have found a job but now it's November. I came here in August and I still don't have a job."

The staff at Express Employment say there aren't many high skill level jobs out there right now.

"It's those entry level positions that are in high demand right now. So if people are willing to accept a different career path or make changes those positions are out there,"  says Jill Mohr who handles Marketing and HR.

Cathy says she is crossing her fingers.

"I'm hoping  if i don't have anything by january I will probably be nervous by then. I'm o.k. right now but I will definitely be concerned by January if I don't have a job."
