Sioux Falls Car Dealer Top Face Federal Fraud Charges

Sioux Falls car dealer Dan Nelson, is charged with 28 federal counts of bank fraud, wire fraud and mail fraud.

Authorities accuse Nelson of giving MetaBank false reports to
keep his loans coming, causing the bank to lose $21 million.

Nelson had car dealerships in Sioux Falls, Rapid City, Des
Moines and Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Why is this guy being prosecuted and all the banks are getting government bail outs? They both did the same thing by allowing credit to people who couldn't afford it.
