Gregory, SD Mayor Resigns, Faces Felony Drug Charges
The Gregory City Council has accepted Mayor Wade Juracek's resignation and appointed a replacement to fill out the remaining 14 months of his term. The mayor of Gregory has resigned. The city council accepted Wade Juracek's resignation and, according to the city's website appointed council president Dan DeSmet to fill out the remaining 14 months of his term. Juracek faces multiple charges of felony theft and drug possession. He's accused of stealing prescription drugs while visiting homes.
