They were spotted by DCI West of Bristol. They tried Spiking the tires in Waubay at the divided highway for some odd reason. Trooper from Sisseton area spiked at intersection of US 12 & 81. 3 hispanic males, driving pickup with no plates. DCI stopped truck and tried to remove driver and truck speed away. Webster LE seemed confused throughout. Hats off to HP 99, after deputy from Day Co. put spikes at the divided line?? Hp 99 was able disable tires at US 81 & Hwy 12. Chase over..
