Man Dead Near Humboldt, SD

Shortly before noon today the Minnehaha County Sheriff's office and emergency personell were dispatched to 1400 W. 2nd Street near Humboldt, SD.

According to Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Department, two men were working on a trailer at Ludens Implement near Humboldt. The trailer fell on the victim, pinning him. The other man acted quickly by getting a forklift to lift the trailer off the victim and then called 9-1-1.

The victim was later identified as 35 year old Robert Charles Gusso.
