By Associated Press

School is out forever in the north-central South Dakota school district of Isabel.

A dwindling number of students prompted the district to dissolve and join neighboring schools in McIntosh, Dupree and Timber Lake.

Isabel had around 60 students in kindergarten through 12th grade this year.

The last graduating class held its commencement this past weekend.
