Woman Arrested in Redfield After ChaseAuthorities in Redfield arrested a 22-year-old woman on charges she led them on a chase and then crashed her minivan into an Alco Discount Store and several parked cars. Spink County Sheriff Les Helm says the chase started Tuesday when a hit-and-run accident was reported at a convenience store. A Spink County deputy sheriff and a South Dakota Highway Patrol trooper responded and chased the vehicle three blocks before it crashed. Helm would not release the woman's name until the investigation is done. She was treated for minor injuries at a hospital and arrested on drunken driving charges.
