Sioux Falls Man Clocked Doing 82 in a 35A 23-year-old Sioux Falls man was arrested early Friday morning after a deputy sheriff says he clocked the man's Jeep Cherokee going 82 mph in a 35 mph zone. The Minnehaha County sheriff's office says Brandon Brownlee lost Brownlee was ejected but his injuries are not life threatening. A 21-year-old female passenger was treated for minor injuries.
