Sioux Falls Man Clocked Doing 82 in a 35

Tools

A 23-year-old Sioux Falls man was arrested early Friday morning after a deputy sheriff says he clocked the man's Jeep Cherokee going 82 mph in a 35 mph zone.

The Minnehaha County sheriff's office says Brandon Brownlee lost
control and rolled the SUV about four blocks after the deputy started pursuing him.

Brownlee was ejected but his injuries are not life threatening. A 21-year-old female passenger was treated for minor injuries.

Brownlee was charged with drunken driving, driving while suspended and possession of a suspended driver's license.
