I hope that whoever DID shake him sees Henry often in public and I hope they feel some raw anguish every time they do. Henry is loved and is a tough little guy. Such a courageous child to have fought so hard to get this far!

I hope this poor excuse for a child care provider is not what the public in SD will judge the rest of us hardworkin, loving providers as. I take care of 12 of the most energetic kids ever, and I give them all the love and attention that I can. I can't imagine ever harming any one of them.

Just because she was found NOT GUILTY doesn't mean she is innocent. Hopefully this child will develop normally with therepy and the love of his family, and she will meet her maker and he and she are the only ones that really know what happened that day!

Amy is innocent. Read the court documents. The parents are passing the buck on a sad ordeal. Amy is a wonderful daycare provider. Justice was met and she is free as she should be.

OJ Simpson and John Mathis were found 'not guilty' too.
This is NOT a dead horse story, many of us would like to know that this type of thing won't happen again.

The jury found Amy Dierks not guilty. Didn't you hear that? Since the trial has been over, your reporting has been an editorial, not news. SHE WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY! GIVE IT A REST AND LET AMY ALONE.
