Civil Lawsuit Filed Against Amy Dierks

Tools

By Cliff Chandler

Court papers filed in Minnehaha County on Thursday afternoon allege that Amy Dierks was negligent when Henry Johnson was in her care.

In paperwork filed it states that, 'Henry's parents have incurred substantial medical expenses caring for Henry's needs and continue to incur medical expenses.' Adding, 'As a result of the aforementioned negligence, Henry Johnson suffered significant injuries for which the Defendant is liable.'

Dierks was found not guilty of abuse by a jury in July.

The Parents Dropped the Civil Suit Before. They will do it again, when they have to answer to their strange behavior on the day of Henry's injuries...They could end up being charged with abuse. They will never get any compensation out of this civil suit.

I cannot believe them JOHNSONS.. Anything 4 a fast $$$. Hopefully the next Judge and Jury can see through the JOHNSONS crap. Amy is not O.J. I was wrong 2 even believe this matter was over. AMY was found NOT GUILTY back in July. That should be the final straw 2 this deal. This is a DEAD HORSE let it rest.
