Funeral Set for Drowning Victim

Tools

Funeral arrangements have been made for an 18-year-old man who drowned in Lake Madison in southeastern South Dakota over the weekend.

The service for Dylan Nelson will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at the high school gym in Chester. The family says the public is welcome.

Nelson is credited with helping save his brother and cousin from drowning when they were overcome by turbulent water, before succumbing to the water himself.
