Highmore Man Moves Up in International GroupA Highmore man who works as a criminal investigator for the South Dakota Brand Board has been picked to eventually lead the International Livestock Identification Association. Shorty Zilverberg was elected alternate director at-large at the group's annual conference last month in Salt Lake City. He will work his way up to president in 2014.
