A Fort Pierre man faces more than two dozen counts of sex-related crimes involving children. Bruce Hofer faces two counts of rape of a child under 13, 10 counts of rape of a child under 16 but older than 13, 10 counts of sexual contact of a child under of 16 and four counts of possession, manufacturing or distributing child pornography. Stanley County States Attorney says two of the children were under 10 years old and the other was younger than 16.
