I certainly do NOT think so, but there are a lot of "Quirky" hunters like Dick Cheney around SD!..wr Monday, Sep 28 at 6:33 PM WTH wrote ...You see a person walking down the street in south dakota and you freak out and call the police? obviously you havent been living here for very long Monday, Sep 28 at 5:27 AM jenn wrote ...My whole family hunts we have guns but when it comes to the no gun policy I agree. There have been many school kids killed at school with shotguns and other guns. So I think it is great they did lock down just in case. We are very careful with when and where our guns are used and when and where they are put in a vehicle to be transported. It is just common sense any more. We all assume our children will be home safely at the end of the school day. This event proved that we can't take that for granted. The person with more concern about grammar needs to learn how to write complete sentences. You need to find something to occupy your time, other than carrying the KSFY chip on your shoulders. I feel sad that you have such a need to put others down so distastefully. With the way things are today, you never know how it looks when someone is carrying a gun, hunting season or not! Great job to the school and Law enforcement community. I am also pleased to know that this was a "false alarm" and was truly a non-threat once evaluated.
