Lyon County Casino Gets Extension to File Plan

Backers of a proposed Lyon County, Iowa casino were to have a business plan filed with the state by October 1st. Now, the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission says that plan doesn't have to be in their hands until next month. Plans call for the casino to built on Iowa Highway 9 near Larchwood.
