3 $10,000 Lotto Prizes Unclaimed

The South Dakota Lottery says prizes of $10,000 each have yet to be claimed in three lotto drawings.

A Powerball ticket worth $10,000 is set to expire Oct. 19. The ticket, sold in Milbank, matched four of the five white balls and the red Powerball in the April 22 drawing.

The second $10,000 ticket, in the Hot Lotto game, expires Nov. 16. The ticket, sold in Clear Lake, matched all five regular balls but not the Hot Ball in the May 20 drawing.

Another $10,000 Powerball ticket in the July 4 drawing expires on Dec. 31. It was sold in Castlewood.

Lotto prizes have to be claimed within 180 days of the drawing. If they're not, the Lottery says the money goes back to players by funding prizes in subsequent games.
