It was ten years ago that a learjet carrying pro golfer Payne Stewart and five other people crashed into a pasture in northern South Dakota.

Their learjet lost cabin pressure soon after taking off from Orlando. They all died minutes after takeoff.

The plane flew nearly 16-hundred miles in almost four hours on autopilot before running out of fuel and slamming into the ground near Mina. Stewart was 42.
