Henry, South Dakota Superintendent Pleads Not Guilty To Assault Charge

Superintendent of schools in Henry, South Dakota, Brian Sieh, pleads not guilty to misdemeanor assault charge.

37-year old Brian Sieh pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor assault charge on Tuesday.

Codington County Sheriff's deputies arrested Sieh on September 1st after a woman told police he had assaulted her.

Sieh faces one count of domestic simple assault and is free on bond. A motions hearing has been set for December 8th, and a jury trial is scheduled for December 17th.
