Sex Offender Busted in Park Guilty on 3 Counts

A jury in Minnehaha County found registered sex offender Kenneth Stark guilty on all three counts against him. Stark was arrested last April after police say he was loitering around a park packed with kids, violating the conditions of his release on previous sex crimes.
