The owner of an alleged puppy mill busted near Hurley in September pleaded not guilty on Wednesday.

Dan Christensen did not appear in court today. His attorney entered the plea at the Turner County Courthouse.

We talked with Rosey Quinn from Second Chance Rescue and she says the dogs are recovering well at the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds.

They are currently looking for foster homes for three dogs that are pregnant.

We have been following this story from day 1. If it takes this long to adopt a puppy, how long does it take to adopt or foster a child in need? I have heard plenty about the dogs being held in pens at the fairgrounds but how many would have benefitted from foster homes?

Rosey is nothing but a bull dyke on a power trip.
