Sioux Falls Casino Robbed at Knife Point

By KSFY Staff

Sioux Falls police are investigating the city's second casino robbery in just over a week.

Police say the latest robbery happened shortly after 7:30 a.m. this morning at the Deuce's Casino near Interstate 29.

Police say the suspect walked in and showed a knife to the clerk and demanded cash.

The clerk gave the suspect the money and he ran out into his car.

The suspect was described as a white male, 6' 3'', 185 lbs. in his mid 40's. He has short hair and was wearing a dark colored sweatshirt and a ball cap.

The vehicle is a White 1996 Chevy Corsica with SD plates 44ZV90. The vehicle's registered owner is not a suspect.

so that people that read this can be on the look out for that car-Im sure there are several white corsica's around.why is it that we end up stating the obvious so often in these blogs.btw, the vehicle may be stolen-just b/c the robber has a persons car doesn't mean that the car owner knows who the driver of their car is...just stating another obvious for you folks :)

Casino workers should be able to shoot on site when being robbed.
