A Sioux Falls man facing multiple charges for allegedly sexually abusing his children faced a judge on Tuesday.

Paul Churchill's trial was set for January.

A request to do a psychological exam on Churchill was also granted.

Churchill earlier pleaded not guilty to child rape charges for allegedly subjecting his children to years of incest.
