A Sioux Falls woman has been arrested and accused of driving drunk with a baby in the back seat.

Police arrested 28-year-old Kristin Fraser on suspicion of her fourth drunken-driving charge minutes after they say her car rear-ended a sport utility vehicle. The crash occurred around noon Wednesday.

Police couldn't immediately say what her blood alcohol level was following the crash. The legal limit is .08.

She apperently isn't even a mother...A mother would never do something so irresponsible w/ her child in the car. I'm sorry but I hope that child is taken from her and placed with a family who loves and cares for him!!

people like that dont deserve to have children. If they want to kill themselves by drinking and driving, fine. but they dont need to put a childs life in danger from the stupidity of the parent.

Amen Jimbo. Its about time for people to be accountable for theira actions regarding drinking and driving. I can garuntee that is a drunk driver was to have hit her and hurt her child she would have sued then it would have been a big deal.

Hey guys forgetting the real crime here: A woman with her 4th DUI hit another car at noon and she had a baby in the car with her. Please don't run a front page Argus article telling me what a sad life she had and how she is really trying and unfortunately she got another DUI--- She is responsible for her own actions. If you have a drinking problem, get help. If you choose not to get help, don't drive while you are drinking and ruin your own families life, not mine!!!

Glad she pulled over and did not try to run from them. She needs some help, maybe like losing custody of this child and spending some time locked up.

Sorry, I read KELO here is a direct quote from KELOs website, "Not only was a baby in the backseat, witnesses tell KELOLAND News the car seat was not attached and was on its side when the car stopped." If a car seat is tipped over...I assume either the seat was not secured with a belt or the child was not in the seat at all. I didn't ASSUME! I just check all local news stories. KSFY kinda forgets spelling and necessary information in their stories sometimes.
