The former owner of the Sioux Falls Storm football team is facing new claims that he failed to pay bills. The latest claims bring to 23 the number of pending Minnehaha County civil lawsuits involving Kent Vucurevich. He completed the transfer of the United Indoor Football League team last month. A lawsuit filed by Sioux Printing against the Storm and its new owner, Todd Tryon, is over a $13,000 printing bill for the team's 2009 season programs. Attorney David Edwards said the company expects Tryon to cover the debt if Vucurevich does not. He said Vucurevich has paid $100,000 of the bill. Developer Ted Thoms filed a lawsuit alleging the 33-year-old Vucurevich signed a buyout deal but failed to make payments. Vucurevich could not be reached for comment. He faces criminal charges of failing to pay about $500,000 in sales taxes on ATMs he owns through a company called Fast Cash Machines.
