Search For Pierre Man Focuses On Lake

Tools

The search for a Pierre man missing since last Saturday is now focused on an area near Lake Oahe, after his pickup was found at a campground.

Authorities say 65-year-old Ronald Wham was last seen Saturday morning and his wife reported him missing that night. Searches have been conducted on the ground and from the air.

Pierre Assistant Police Chief Elton Blemaster said Wham's pickup was found at a campground in Stanley County but searchers found no sign of Wham.

Authorities said he was taking medication for a health problem.
