The Lyon County, Minnesota Sheriff'S Office says the driver of a school bus involved in a crash near Russell on Friday will be charged.

Deputies say 66-year-old Allen Peterson will receive a citation for failure to yield.

Deputies say Peterson stopped at a stop sign south of Russell and proceeded through the intersection. But he didn't see the pickup driven by Deena Okebiro and that's when they collided.

Okebiro is in stable condition at Avera McKennan in Sioux Falls.
