The Marshall County Sheriff's Office is investigating what happened to a man who was found lying near the railroad tracks in Britton.

A Marshall County Deputy says 50-year-old David Christensen was found lying near the railroad tracks and appeared to have been hit by a motor vehicle.

He was airlifted to a Fargo hospital.

Somebody in this community knows something about who was driving this vehicle. Whether they were or they were with the driver or they know who it is. Somebody needs to speak up!
